I've spent my working life helping businesses & leaders navigate growth, change & opportunity.
Along the way, I've worked with global brands, ambitious growth businesses, founders, entrepreneurs and leadership teams. I've built and led my own businesses, advised difficult boards, supported acquisitions, managed change, navigated crises and helped organisations find clarity, momentum and growth.
My perspective hasn't come from business experience alone.
Alongside this, I've raised a family, balanced competing responsibilities, experienced loss and bereavement, navigated uncertainty and learned that leadership rarely happens in isolation from the rest of life.
Those experiences have taught me that while business life matters, people matter more. And that sometimes the most valuable thing you can offer is perspective, honesty and a safe space to think things through, or a business friend who will walk beside you and at time share the responsibility.
