Why Force 4 Good Consultancy?

I’ve worked in an advisory capacity with founders, investors, leaders, owners and their teams for over three decades. During this time I’ve worked in, with and for some of the most successful brands we know today.

My approach comes from lived experience, from advising in boardrooms of global agency networks (and their clients), to founding, running and successfully exiting my own award-winning B Corp agency, Siren Comms. Siren was built whilst raising a family and juggling all the joyful and crazy messy bits in between. So I’ve lived and understand the challenges many leaders face!

Following COVID and a number of economic and life changing bumps in the road, I moved with the family to Cornwall and am now putting my experience to work with Force 4 Good, supporting leaders who are passionate about what they do.

You will find I bring both a commercial sharp mindedness and a deep empathy to my work.

I am guided by a simple belief: business can and should be a force for good.

SECTOR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

REMAINING RELEVANT

The triple bottom line, balancing people, planet, and profit, is an approach I believe in deeply, reflected in my business name Force 4 Good Consultancy.

Movements like National Emergency Briefing, Travel By B Corp, B Lab UK, the Better Business Act, and the Living Wage Foundation are helping to reshape what “good business” looks like, showing that purpose and profit can coexist.

Climate Change, Economic Pressure and Volatile geopolitics all point to existential changes in our working and living lives.

Maintaining relevance, and continuing to invest in my own expertise is a passion and I know essential for me to credibly advise businesses with the latest thinking as they navigate these changes.

My recent training and development has included:.

  • AMEC / PRCA How to measure GEO

  • Beyond Boomers - marketing to the new 60+ consumer

  • Future Climate Leaders - University of Plymouth

  • Carbon Literacy Training – University of Exeter

  • B Changemakers: B Corp Training – Plymouth University & LEAP Eco Team

  • Climate Pilots Programme – Climate Outreach

  • AI for Business – The Alan Turing Institute & Falmouth University

  • Cornwall AI Summit – Exploring ethical innovation and responsible technology
