In recent months, I’ve undertaken several exciting projects reinforcing a commitment to working with local businesses to improve their performance. Recently, supported by Darren Howe from Subversion Studio, I was hired by Graze Tapas ~ Wine, a charming Mediterranean and Spanish inspired Tapas restaurant nestled in the heart of Newquay, close to the harbour and Fistral Beach.
I was delighted to help this wonderful hidden gem. Graze Tapas ~ Wine is a family run Spanish and Mediterranean restaurant conceived and managed by Wendy & Steve Randall who have created a must visit, atmospheric food and wine destination, just off the southwest coast path.
Hot on the heels of working for a local gin company (to deliver improved visibility and awareness and website migration to Shopify), Steve and Wendy invited me to help them improve their digital visibility and join up their social media, marketing and booking UX.
What began as an informal request for a “small bit of help” soon turned into a bigger brand refresh, restaurant revamp and a new website! The project grew organically as they became more enthused by how the new brand could be cleverly woven throughout the business.
In just four weeks from initial brief and project delivery, a very happy client is reporting 22% increase in business, as well as fronting a new look eye catching restaurant and terrace to match their reputation for delicious food, outstanding service and an inspiring wine list.
The work included new content and brand narrative, along with optimisation of the website for SEO and ensuring digital visibility and profiles were up to date, accurately linked to the booking page.
Check out the evolved branding, signage, and interior as well as the cracking new website😊
